Not everyone can visit Alchemy, so we made things easy. When you buy a bike from us, you get free shipping. And if you need help with final assembly, contact us for a credit.
Purchasing your dream ride is a substantial investment, so here’s our promise: If you are not 100% satisfied with your new Alchemy Bicycle, you have two weeks from date of purchase to return it.
If at the end of two weeks you are not 100% satisfied with your new bike, call us to arrange a full refund or credit toward another Alchemy.
